I attended the Water Lantern Festival on May 24 last weekend with my family, and OMG it was one of the most enjoyable, peaceful events ever! The event was packed... filling the area in Shelby Farm... young and old, people from all walks of life and backgrounds. Everyone was so happy decorating their lanterns, enjoying amazing food, and of course, launching the lanterns after sunset.
